Method
- Add the pork chops to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Arrange the mushrooms on top.
- Sprinkle the brown gravy mix over the mushrooms, then pour in the water.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until pork chops are tender.
- Once the pork chops are done, chop the parsley then sprinkle over the pork chops when serving.. We like to serve this with or over mashed potatoes. NOTE: If you like your gravy thicker, I recommend buying a third packet of gravy and making fresh gravy right before serving.
