Ingredients
  

  • 12 small pretzels
  • 12 Rolo candies unwrapped
  • 12 pecan halves

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange pretzels on the baking sheet. Top each pretzel with a Rolo. bake for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and immediately press a pecan half into each softened Rolo.
  5. Allow to set for 30 minutes, or pop in the refrigerator for a quicker set.

Notes

Store Rolo Pretzel Turtles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. They also freeze well in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Just thaw at room temperature before serving.
