  • 5 oz can salmon drained
  • 1 egg 1 cup monterey jack cheese, hand shredded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Shred the cheese, then combine the salmon, cheese, and egg in a medium bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 3 patties.
  3. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, then add the patties. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
